Thomas Merrifield Lettings & Management aim to provide you with the most suitable home for your lifestyle and income. Our residential lettings properties are located in Oxford and the surrounding areas and we have a comprehensive range of properties available.

Our website is updated regularly providing you with an up to date list of available properties at all times. All you need to do is answer a few questions and all properties matching your requirements will be displayed.

If you wish to be kept updated on a regular basis simply register your details on the website and you will be emailed brief details when new instructions are placed on the website. Viewing Properties If you wish to view a property we will arrange an appointment with you and accompany you to viewings. Tenancy Application When you are happy with your choice of property the next step is to make a tenancy application.

Referencing
Your tenancy application will pass through our referencing process, which will include employer, landlord, bank and credit checks.
NB: A guarantor may be required in certain cases if you do not meet the Referencing Agencys criteria.

Tenancy Offer
Assuming all goes well during referencing, you will receive a formal tenancy offer.

Tenancy Agreement
As soon as the referencing process is complete, we will set an appointment with you to sign the agreement and pay over the first months rent and deposit.

Moving In
Finally, we will agree a time to meet at the property to go through the moving in process with you and to handover the keys to your new home.
